One of the biggest complaints heard by almost every webmaster is:  "My website is not showing up in the search engines".  There could be many reasons why your site is not showing up at all, however the biggest reason is quite simply "It takes time". I've been designing and marketing websites since 1996. Back then it was pretty simple, my own website climbed and stayed at the top of most search engines with little to no effort! However as the market I was in became more and more saturated and more and more people began internet presences, it became harder to maintain that top ranking. It's actually quite logical if you think about it. Currently, it can take the average website 6 months to a year to even be shown in the top 100 sites of any given search engine.
